F.A.Q.

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about EATV. Can't find the answer to yours? Reach out to us (info@everything-art.com) and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

About payments and cancellations.

How can I pay to subscribe to EATV?

All payments are taken through a secure payment system called Stripe, which accepts all major cards from customers around the world. You will be charged based on the exchange rate on the day you subscribe. You can also use PayPal to pay for your subscription.

I am trying to subscribe, but I keep getting a Payment Failed message. Why?

There can be a number of reasons for a failed payment:

  • You do not have sufficient funds in your account to make the payment (Solution -> transfer more money into your account before attempting the payment again.)
  • Your card is not able to make international payments (Solution -> Contact your bank to make it possible.)
  • Your bank has blocked the payment (Solution -> call your bank to explain that the payment is genuine.)

When do I get billed?

If you choose 30 day subscription, you will be billed every month and THE RENEWAL WILL HAPPEN AUTOMATICALLY. If you purchased 6 or 12 month subscription you will also get billed after this period. It is simple to cancel your subscription, and we will send you an email 2 days before the next month’s payment is taken to remind you.

Where can I find my receipt of payment?

You just need to click on "My Account", which is at the top of the main website (once you're signed in). Then, you can download all of your previous invoices. You will also be emailed a receipt.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Make sure you logged in at www.everything-art.tv. Cl... "My Account" at the top. Then choose "Billing", "Change plan" and "Cancel Membership".

Once you cancel you'll still have access to our video catalogue for the time that remains in your subscription. For instance, if you joined on the 1st of December for 30 days, then you cancelled on the 15th of December, you'll still have access until the 30th of December and after that you won't get billed.

About using the channel and videos:

How often can I watch the videos in the video catalogue after I subscribe?

Once you subscribe you will have unlimited access to all of the videos for the length of your subscription. You are free to watch them as many times as you wish. In fact, we encourage you to return to lessons multiple times as they are rich with information.

Can I watch the content on my phone, tablet or smart TV?

YES. Simply open your browser and go to www.everything-art.tv As soon as you log in to your subscription you'll have access to all the videos.

Can I watch the lessons on more than one device?

Yes! But not at the same time, so for security reasons, you should make sure that you are the only person who knows your account details!

Can I download the videos to keep them forever?

No. You need an Internet connection and an active subscription to access the video catalogue.

Can I ask a question if I don’t understand something in the video?

Yes! Drop us an email (info@everything-art.com) and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Please note we're in the UK and our office hours are Mon-Fri:9 am - 5 pm. However always check the "Resources" tab under each video. Many of our lessons come with a printable PDF so make sure you're question hasn't been answered there.

English is not my native language and some teachers speak too fast for me to understand. What can I do?

Choose the video that you want to watch and click the little cog icon in the right of the player. Then choose "Speed" and that's where you can slow down or speed up the video.

How will I know what and when new content is coming?

We are aiming to add new content every Friday morning! You can simply come to the channel and check what shows in the "Recently added" category in the catalogue. We are also sending our emails once a month to all of our subscribers. Just to let you know what's been added recently.

How is EATV different to Wanderlust?

The difference is massive, they are two entirely different animals.

Wanderlust is a year-long course in mixed-media art journaling. It's a wholesome experience. A structured course with life time access and a clear journey that's been handcrafted by us to give you a unique and very substantial learning experience. Wanderlust is a Mercedes amongst online courses. The main goal is to help you develop your unique style and to bring variety to your art practice.

EATV is a platform where we share some of the lessons from previous years of Wanderlust. Right now there are more than 300 retired and otherwise unavailable Wanderlust lessons available here! On demand TV is made for picking and choosing, mixing and mashing. There's no structure, or interaction just lots of content and a place to binge watch on the sofa if you like!

There's no life-time access - you can watch for as long as you're an active subscriber. There will never be new Wanderlust lessons available on EATV.

Can I share my subscription with a friend?

No. Please respect our work and don't share your subscription with anyone outside your household. We've made the channel very affordable, so it's not too expensive to get a month of access.

Can I join/watch current Wanderlust here?

No. The newest Wanderlusts are always hosted on our website with courses. Please go to www.everything-art.com to see the full offer.

I have an account on www.everything-art.com . Can this account be merged with my account on www.everything-art.tv ??

No. www.everything-art.com and www.everything-art.tv are two different products that we offer. Two entirely different platforms so accounts cannot be merged.

Where do I find your life-time access courses?

All life-time access courses are available at www.everything-art.com .
